The Employee Communications Consultant is accountable for driving and delivering engaging and effective internal communications strategies and solutions for our customer-facing stakeholders. Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications & Design,youwill play a keyroleproviding strategiccommunications counsel, anddeveloping and implementing communication plans and strategies to support businessobjectives
Key stakeholder groups may vary, but will initially include Marketing, CustomerExperienceand Operations teams.In thisrole, youwill also support the Manager, Employee Communications &Designin delivering communications for Sales & Distribution.
Accountabilities:
Develop and lead comprehensive communication strategies to support businessobjectiveswithin the Marketing, Customer Experience & Operations teams.
Provide strategic communications counsel and support to key stakeholders and senior executives, including presentations, speaking notes, video scripts and articles that resonate with target audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery of internal communications for a variety of special or business-as-usual projects
Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives and programs, ensuring recommendations are rooted in data and analytics
Assure adherence toestablishedcommunication standards, including design and translation
Conduct research into trends, bestpracticesand employee feedback tooptimizecommunication planning and outcomes
Support Sales & Distribution communications in partnership with the Manager, Employee Communications & Design
Other employee communications activities and duties as assigned
Qualifications
High levelof oral and written communication skills and advanced storytelling capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex information
Proven experience consulting withand writing forexecutives and senior management, working with interdisciplinaryteamsand managing communications processes
Communication experience with technology content, for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with a wide spectrum of communication tools and techniques
Strong relationship-building,diplomacyand consultation skills, along with audience needs assessment capabilities
Ability to provide training and coachingoncommunication skills
Provenproject management and communication planning skills
Solid understanding of communication metrics and reporting processes
Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office,SharePointand industry-standard tools
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 73,500.00 - 116,850.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
