We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Employee Benefits Producer / Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new corporate accounts, offering tailored employee benefits solutions (including group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs).
The ideal candidate is a high-energy hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, and the ability to build trust with C-suite executives and HR leaders.

What We Offer
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
