We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative to support our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting client accounts, and helping employers navigate their employee benefits programs with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Support employers and internal teams with employee benefit administration and service needs.
- Process enrollments, eligibility changes, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation within agency systems.
- Assist with new business submissions, renewals, and implementation processes.
- Prepare and organize data for quotes, proposals, and benefit plan reviews.
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure clients receive timely, accurate service.
- Develop a strong understanding of employee benefits products, processes, and client needs.

Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Willingness to pass/maintain Life & Health insurance license
- Strong sense of punctuality & attendance
- High school diploma/GED
