The Analyst will participate in a company-provided training program introducing all aspects of health and welfare benefits and the financial methodology to analyze benefit costs. The analyst will work within assigned teams to perform daily account service for all assigned clients. Supports the development of the firm’s work products that benefit all clients, including the production of surveys and research on employee benefit topics and benchmarking. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Framingham, MA.
