What tasks can you expect?

• Support of the Aftersales Service team with e.g. installations, maintenance, spare parts, training and finance of CNC machine tools
• Participation in managing workflows and coordinating the service team
• Independent management and participation in special tasks
• Maintenance of databases
• General administrative office tasks (e.g., handling correspondence)
• The scope of responsibilities may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Your Profile

• Completed technical or back-office related education
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical or back-office support function
• Previous experience in the industrial field with aftersales tasks is considered in advantage
• Independent and proactive approach to work in a small team
• Patient nature and highly adaptable
• Good language skills in English (min. B1) and Danish (min. C1) are required
• Residency in Denmark is necessary
