Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
• Zuständigkeit für den Empfang im Haus sowie die Telefonzentrale
• Gäste- und Kundenempfang
• Posteingangsbearbeitung
• Postausgangsbearbeitung und -betreuung (z.B. Frankierungen, Kurierdienste)
• Bearbeitung des zentralen Email-Einganges
Wenn du eine zuverlässige Person bist und Freude an der Kommunikation mit anderen Menschen hast und neben sicheren Deutschkenntnissen auch gerne etwas Englisch sprichst, haben wir den perfekten Ferienjob für dich!
