The Emerging Verticals team builds and scales programs that grow high-quality creator supply across new and fast-growing content categories in North America. Our work sits at the intersection of product adoption and creator growth – helping creators discover, adopt, and get lasting value from TikTok features.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:

- Audit existing program workflows across setup, QA, tracking, and reporting to surface inefficiencies and gaps — gaining hands-on experience with how creator programs operate at scale

- Help standardize templates, trackers, and QA checklists, building practical skills in process design and systems thinking

- Assist in documenting processes and drafting SOPs

- Support program execution across key workstreams, with real ownership tied to business goals

- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to how a global tech company builds and ships creator-facing programs
