We identify, engage, and recruit exceptional early career professionals in our industry to support our global business. The Emerging Talent team supervises both university relations and events, including our global internship and new graduate programs. By connecting early career professionals with career development opportunities, our team impacts the future of talent at Akamai.

Partner with the best

Partnering with universities across Poland, Spain, Israel, and more, you'll recruit technical and nontechnical talent for our early career programs. You'll also collaborate with our global team to support day-to-day program operations and deliver social and career development events for students. You'll also work collaboratively with our marketing team to brand Akamai as a top landing spot for students.

As an Emerging Talent Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Strategizing and delivering branding strategy in Spain, including social media, web content, and events strategies
• Planning, attending, and executing programming for interns
• Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships across countries in EMEA
• Documenting internal processes and procedures, maintaining internal web pages and recruiting tools
• Full-cycle recruitment, including: sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and returning to the program after completion of the internship
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with global teammates
• Have a passion for learning about university relations, talent acquisition, and program branding
• Show an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
