The role

As an Emerging Talent Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of apprentices, graduates and other early careers talent across the business.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:

  • Coordinating activities across emerging talent programmes, including inductions, development events, briefings, accreditations and graduation activities.
  • Managing the Emerging Talent inbox and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with queries and guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate management information, dashboards and reporting relating to apprenticeship and graduate programmes.
  • Booking training and development activities against apprentice and graduate training plans and matrices.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate, learner and stakeholder experiences.

This is a full-time, 37-hour-per-week role based in Leicester. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expectation to attend site two to three days per week. Travel to other Cavendish Nuclear locations will occasionally be required.

Essential experience of the Emerging Talent Coordinator:

  • Experience communicating effectively within a customer-facing or stakeholder-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, reports and administrative processes.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.

Security Clearance
