OurTeToki – Transport Services group aims to deliver great outcomes now and make the future a betterplace .We aspire to be the kaitiaki of the transport system – with partners, for people, for our land, and for the futureProperty is an important enabler for our transport projects. We ownmanyproperties including residential, lifestyle, rural, commercial and forestry.Someof these properties are leased to other parties. These properties arepurchasedand held for current or future transport projects.
Our Transport PropertyServicesteamprovide end to end property solutionstoactively support the project delivery work of our regional property teamsYou will rotate through these teams to learn thekey functions ofproperty acquisition, management,disposaland survey & legalisation to meet the requirements of the Transport Services business plan and wider agencyobjectives

You are working towards, or already hold, a bachelor's degree or higher in Property
You will also:
Have graduated within the past two years, obtaining your highest qualification by February 2027
Hold a minimum B grade average in your completed or current degree
Have knowledge of, or a willingness to develop an understanding of, te Tiriti o Waitangi and its relevance within the public sector
