Purpose of Position

Responsible for the full life cycle management of the O2O instant retail channels of national key chain pharmacies and retail (NKA/RKA), establishing an online pharmacy business system for Moxin scar products, achieving the sales and market share targets of the channels

What you'll do

I. Key KA Chain Customer Development and Strategic Cooperation Management

1. Develop and maintain leading national chain pharmacies and retail channels, promoting the O2O full-store access and listing of Mynic products.
2. Collaborate with KA customers to formulate annual joint business plans (JBP), and regularly organize business reviews for customers.

II. O2O Channel Operation and Sales Growth

1. Deeply operate instant retail ports of pharmacies such as Meituan Pharmacy, Ele.me, JD Delivery, and Douyin Hour Delivery.
2. Plan online promotional schemes.

III. Channel Order, Price and Inventory Control

IV. Data Review, Competitors and Market Insights

V. Expense Management: Responsible for planning, reporting, execution follow-up and reimbursement of marketing expenses for O2O channels, ensuring the ROI of expense investment.

What you'll decide

Possess the ability to coordinate across multiple channels, and be capable of managing other retail channels apart from O2O.

What you'll need

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above
2. At least 1 year of experience in KOL management in pharmaceutical retail or chain pharmacies; Familiar with pharmacy and retail O2O instant retail business, and have a deep understanding of at least one of the operation models such as Meituan Buy Medicine, Ele.me, or JD Delivery;
3. Industry Preference

Experience in OTC, Class II medical devices, skin/scarring care categories is preferred; Familiarity with online medical device compliance rules is a plus;

Any other information

Be able to undertake irregular business trips to visit the headquarters of the chain across the country;

Have excellent skills in written reports and PPT presentation;

Good English proficiency will be an added advantage.
