Animal Emergency Clinic NE is looking to welcome Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian to our team focused hospital! No non-compete!
At Animal Emergency Clinic NE, we believe the best way to provide compassionate, quality care to pets is by putting relationships, with our clients, patients, Team Members, and community, at the heart of everything we do. We are family-oriented and do not settle for less than extraordinary. Our team atmosphere is dedicated, honest, and loyal.
We're a close-knit group of experienced veterinary professionals that pride ourselves on our ability to offer mentorship, support, and a collaborative workplace. In addition to taking care of pets, we also take care of each other. Through day-to-day interactions and organized team-building activities, we create an environment where personal health and well-being is important, and every individual matters. Full time is typically twelve 12-hour shifts a month -- scheduling is flexible and we try to meet everyone's needs, so work life balance is great; on off days, you are completely off!
Our Values:
The way we approach our work matters. Our core values - do the right thing, fun, wow service, respect, and learning - guide everything we do at Animal Emergency Clinic NE. We are a true family! There is open communication and we encourage all of our team members to ask questions! We love to collaborate!
Our Hospital:
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary with monthly, no-negative production, along with sign-on and relocation bonuses available. Production-only compensation models available as well. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), paid paternity leave, life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.
