Emergency Response Sales Consultant (Restoration)

Backgrounds in fire service, EMS, military, insurance adjusting, restoration, or other service-oriented roles are highly valued, but high performers from other driven sales environments are encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesRapid Emergency Response

• Monitor 24/7 lead and alert systems
• Respond quickly to loss locations— speed and presence matter
• Coordinate with our 24/7 operations team to secure and stabilize projects

On-Site Consultation & Closing

• Meet with property owners, managers, or decision-makers
• Assess needs and clearly explain our services
• Secure signed service agreements in real time

Relationship & Network Development

• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders (property managers, first responders, business owners, etc.)
• Generate ongoing referral opportunities through community presence

Proactive Lead Generation & CRM Management

• Identify and visit damaged residential and commercial properties
• Track activities, contacts, and opportunities accurately in our CRM

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
