Job Description
The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is expanding! We are seeking a full-time emergencyradiologistto join our Emergency Radiology section, which is comprisedof board-certified radiologists with varying fellowship specializations, including neuroradiology, pediatric radiology, abdominal radiology and musculoskeletal radiology. Our team of emergency radiologists provideevening and overnight coverage to the VUMC and Monroe Carell Children’s EmergencyDepartments, including a Level I Trauma Center, as part of a 7 days on, 14 days off coverage model.
- Section comprised of more than 10fellowship-trained faculty
- Services provided to the emergency departments within the Vanderbilt University Medical Center system, including a Level 1 trauma center and children’s hospital.
- Teachmedical students, residents, and fellows

- Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience
- This position can be remote or hybrid.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Fellowship training in neuroradiology, emergency radiology, abdominal imaging, musculoskeletal radiology or pediatric radiology preferred
- Hold an MD or equivalent degree
- ABR eligible/certified
- Eligible for Tennessee medical license
- Comfortable with inperpretation of Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, and Neuroradiology emergency room-related studies at a Level I trauma center
- Participation in multidisciplinary conferences
