If you are looking for a fulfilling opportunity with a long-standing, supportive team that truly cares for one another, this could be a wonderful fit.
Located in Bermuda Run, NC, this 30-bed community hospital offers the feel of a close-knit environment while still being just 15 minutes from the main campus in Winston-Salem, giving you the best of both worlds. The Emergency Department includes 22 beds and provides a dynamic setting where APPs have the opportunity to care for patients across the full spectrum of acuity.
You would be joining a team of 5 full-time APPs and 2 part-time APPs, creating a collaborative and well-supported atmosphere.
What truly sets this opportunity apart is the culture.
Patient experience and team culture are deeply valued, and that commitment shows — the hospital consistently scores in the 95th percentile on patient experience surveys. Leadership recognizes that when providers feel supported, patients receive the best possible care, making this an environment where both caregivers and patients can thrive.
