JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Licenses: Active, unrestricted Ohio medical license; Active DEA with Ohio address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Ohio address and Schedules 2-5
• Certifications: NRP required; ACLS, PALS, ATLS required for FM/IM physicians
• Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine required
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of case logs for previous 2 years; Seasonal influenza vaccine required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as needed.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the ED.
• Manage patient flow and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure efficient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
