• Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Dedicated Specialty Care Rooms for ENT, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Other Services
• Specialty Backup Available: Comprehensive Inpatient and Specialty Services
• Support Staff Available: Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing Staff, Scribes, and Hospital Leadership Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active Indiana Medical License or Ability to Obtain
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active DEA Registration or Ability to Obtain
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
• Experience in High-Acuity Emergency Medicine (Preferred)
• MD or DO from an Accredited Medical School; Ability to Evaluate, Diagnose, Treat, and Manage Acute and Emergent Conditions; Comfortable Practicing in a Trauma-Designated Emergency Department
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Emergency Department Patients
• Manage Acute, Emergent, and Traumatic Conditions
• Perform Emergency Medicine Procedures as Clinically Indicated
• Coordinate Admissions and Transfers with Inpatient and Specialty Services
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing Staff, and Specialists to Deliver High-Quality Patient Care
• Complete Accurate and Timely Medical Documentation in Epic
• Support Efficient Department Operations and Patient Throughput
