• Case Mix: Emergency Medicine cases
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 25 inpatient beds; 8 ED beds
• Trauma Level: No Trauma (Critical Access Hospital)
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard ED equipment
• Support Staff Available: ED staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (cross-credentialing at additional site)
• Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
• Credentialing Timeline: TBD
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Emergency Medicine procedures
• Patient stabilization
• Basic critical care
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active WV license required
• Board: Board Certified ABEM required
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Emergency Medicine experience required
• Other Qualifications: Ability to work in critical access setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency department coverage
• Evaluate and treat patients of all acuity levels
• Perform emergency procedures as needed
• Collaborate with ED staff and providers
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
