Yes Case Mix: Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care FACILITY INFORMATION EMR: Epic Physicians in Practice: 1-2 Physicians on staff at all times Mid-levels in Practice: 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians work at staggered shifts during the day Support Staff: RNs: 2-3, PA/NPs: 1, Office Staff: 1 Beds in Department: 15 PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC Licenses: Licensed in WI or IMLC Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in emergency medicine trauma level I-III facility. Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the combined emergency department and urgent care setting. Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care. Manage an average daily volume of 12-15 patients, including acute and non-acute presentations. Perform emergency procedures and treatments as appropriate for the patient's condition. Document patient encounters accurately in the Epic electronic medical record system.
