Job Description

Emergency Medical Tech ( EMT) - Specialty office based

What You'll Do

As part of our clinical team, you'll work directly alongside our providers while helping deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Room and prepare patients for their appointments
  • Obtain vital signs and update medical histories
  • Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and next steps
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
  • Complete medication reconciliation
  • Assist with referrals, authorizations, and clinical documentation
  • Monitor patient messages and support daily clinical workflows
  • Help keep our clinic running efficiently while providing outstanding patient service

What We're Looking For

  • EMT Certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Medical scribing or documentation experience is a plus—but not required
