About the Role

Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) is seeking experienced Emergency Management Consultants to deliver high-quality training and advisory services to clients across Melbourne.

This role is ideal for professionals with operational experience who are confident engaging with clients and delivering practical, compliant emergency management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fire and emergency management training programs to staff across the healthcare sector
• Liaise with clients to coordinate training delivery, schedules, and site requirements
• Provide practical advice and identify gaps during training sessions and site activities
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to a high standard of service delivery
• Conduct emergency exercises in line with regulatory requirements
• Identify and support new business opportunities through client engagement

About You

• Formal qualifications in firefighting, emergency management or a related discipline (essential)
• Experience delivering fire and emergency management training
• Experience planning and running emergency exercises
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) (desirable)
• Current, unrestricted driver’s licence
