Emergency Department RN — Emergency Care & Patient Stabilization

HireNow Staffing is recruiting experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for direct placement opportunities with a healthcare client in Lake City, Florida.

This opportunity is designed for nurses with acute care ER experience who bring strong assessment skills, timely clinical judgment, and clear communication to emergency patient care. Seven positions are available, with day and night shift assignments subject to employer availability.

HireNow Package

• Listed Base Compensation: $30.60–$45.90, based on experience; pay frequency to be confirmed.
• Experience Benchmarks: $38.25 at 10 years; $45.90 at 15+ years.
• Night Differential: $4.25.
• Weekend Night Differential: $7.25.
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends.
• Relocation Assistance: Considered case by case.
• Available Positions: Seven.

Differential eligibility and application will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Anticipated Responsibilities

• Assess patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries and identify changes requiring timely intervention.
• Deliver individualized nursing care in collaboration with emergency providers and the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Support emergency interventions and patient stabilization within established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly during handoffs and transfers.
• Educate patients and families about treatment, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Follow established patient safety and infection-prevention procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of acute care Emergency Room RN experience.
• Active, unencumbered RN license applicable to practice in Florida or an eligible multistate compact license.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Availability for three 12-hour shifts weekly and rotating weekends.
• RN license verification through Nursys, including current and prior disciplinary history. Under this employer's submission requirements, candidates with any previous RN license disciplinary action cannot be submitted.

• Lives within commuting distance of Lake City or is prepared to relocate.
• Can meet the schedule and employer submission requirements.
