The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

The LPN, Proficient, Inpatient, under the direction of the Nurse Manager or designee and the co-assigned Registered Nurse, is accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. The LPN, Proficient, Inpatient contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. The LPN, Proficient, Inpatient works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care.

FT position available, D/E/N, 8 and12 hour shifts, weekends and holidays per unit policy

LPN will assist with providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN supports the interdisciplinary team by assisting with patient care, performing clinical tasks within their scope of practice, and contributing to a safe, efficient environment for patients with a wide range of emergent and acute conditions. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient hospital or Emergency Department setting required.
