Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for exceptional, patient focused ED Coordinators to join our Emergency Department team and make a difference for our patients and our community.
ED Coordinators are one of the Emergency Center's first line of contact with emergency patients, patient families, physicians, nurses, paramedics, police officers and other para‑medical personnel both in‑house and outside the hospital. This is an excellent position for someone who possesses a high degree of public contact skills.
Other responsibilities as an ED coordinator includes entering patient care data, ordering tests as directed, chart processing, admitting patients, screening and answering phone calls, as well as other tasks as assigned. Coordinates patient flow and assists physicians and nurses with all aspects of patient care. ED Coordinators tasks must be constantly prioritized and executed quickly and accurately.
