Our vision and mission are clear: To bring light where there is darkness and change lives for the better. Our values—Liberty, Innovation, Gratitude, Humility, and Trust—guide us every step of the way. We employ the FOSTER practice framework to support best practices, and our CULTURAL framework empowers First Nations young people to reconnect with family, country, culture, spirit, lore, and history so they can reclaim their identity.

This role is perfect for professionals who can respond at short notice, work flexible 24/7 shifts (after-hours, overnight, weekends, public holidays), and deliver immediate care — with full support from our multidisciplinary team.

Why Join Us

  • Make a Real Difference: Provide critical support when young people need it most.
  • Flexible Casual Shifts: Pick up last-minute shifts to suit your schedule and availability.
  • Supportive Environment: Strong on-call support, reflective practice, and trauma-informed guidance.
  • Practical Resources: Access to company vehicles and safe, trauma-informed homes.

  • Career Development: Training, mentoring, and pathways to permanent or senior roles.

  • Document shift notes, observations, and incidents accurately

About You

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Skilled in trauma-informed practice
  • Calm, resilient, and adaptable under pressure
  • Flexible and ready to step in at short notice
  • Committed to reflective practice, professional accountability, and team collaboration
