We are currently seeking a EMEA Technical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!

The Technical Product Specialist – Secondary Fluid Network is responsible for owning and shaping the mission critical direct to chip cooling piping and collaterals across the full lifecycle, from architectural definition and engineering feasibility to market enablement and adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and go to market execution, acting as the technical authority for direct to chip Secondary Fluid Network. The position requires the ability to drive engineering-level evaluations, define system level specifications and engage with R&D departments.

The role has deep familiarity with HVAC systems, thermal and piping architectures, controls logic, and is capable of sketching and navigating 3D models (Revit) to understand system layouts, identify risks, and provide guidance to cross functional teams.

What kind of work will you be doing?

  • Own the end-to-end direct to chip Secondary Fluid Network solution, ensuring technical consistency across cooling technologies, heat rejection, controls, software, and integration points,
  • Supervise customized solutions from design to operation across different departments.

    Act as technical solution authority from a solution offering perspective, validating feasibility, performance assumptions, and system-level trade-offs.
  • Drive engineering-level reviews of concepts, architectures, and configurations in collaboration with R&D and Application Engineering.
  • Define and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications for Secondary Fluid Network
  • Contribute to supply chain enablement and roadmap technical alignment across BUs
  • Bring working knowledge of HVAC piping size and control strategies to shape SOO to meet customer needs.
  • Navigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions when needed.
  • Ability to make single line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals
  • Deliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning sessions.
  • Drive and support NPDI proposals based on market demand, technology readiness, and system constraints.
  • Proven experience working with complex thermal or HVAC systems, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master Degree in engineering preferred
  • 4+ years technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing or directly related experience.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives
  • Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions
  • Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, & project management
  • Excellent communications skills – written & verbals
  • High focus on customer needs
  • Pipework engineering design experience
  • Able to combine long term and short-term goals by setting priorities
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive
  • Attitude to act as a leader in his/her role and with curiosity in all what’s new (market trends, new technologies, etc.)
  • Language skills: fluent English written and verbal required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Revit, Autocad and other business applications.
  • Travel: Moderate (20%)
