We are looking for an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist M/F/X on a permanent contract, full time to join our Team in Bucharest (Romania) or Katowice (Poland).

EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist M/F/X will act as the primary point of contact for our candidates, developing strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding business recruitment needs, and delivering top-tier talent.

He or She will be responsible to manage end-to-end the full cycle recruiting for a variety of key organizational roles. Effective communication, managing expectations, and providing strategic hiring insights will be crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities for this role

  • Support both exempt- and non-exempt level recruitment for positions based in EMEA. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Partners to recruit talent for a variety of professional roles.
  • Deploy talent sourcing tools and maintain applicant tracking in addition to providing transparent recruiting metrics to the business.
  • Maintaining consistency with managing the hiring process, providing outstanding candidate care during the recruitment cycle and following through with candidates and hiring managers will be part of your daily routine.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, understanding their business goals and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Partners and Director, HR Operations to develop tailored recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (including but not limited to screening, interviewing, and offering to and with candidates), ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers & HR Partners, offering guidance on talent acquisition trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with EMEA objectives and timely delivery of recruitment solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Hiring managers & HR Partners regarding recruitment progress and market conditions.
  • Work with the recruiting and HR Operations team to develop and streamline processes to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.

Skills Requirements for this role

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in HR with minimum 3 Years of professional experience in a similar role (in house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday, Successfactor or ADP.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (required), German (highly preferred).
  • Other language proficiency (French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian etc) desirable.
