Location: Kajetany, close to Warsaw. On-site or Hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in the office).

The Role

We’re looking to hire our new colleague, a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a strategic role in helping us to find the best talent for our organization in EMEA, with primarily focus on our R&D and Manufacturing site in Poland.

The incumbent will report to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager (based in France), and will have an opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of the Global Talent Acquisition processes and procedures, and employer branding, whilst being part of an international matrix organization.​

What you will do:

  • Run full cycle recruitments for a variety of openings (R&D, Manufacturing, SCH, Finance, IT, Sales, etc.), for both white and blue-collars, across EMEA with primarily focus on Poland.
  • Provide support to the hiring managers and partner closely with HRBPs during the entire recruitment process: from intake meeting up to offer acceptance. Act as a Recruitment Business Partner and provide guidance and best practices to Hiring Managers when needed.
  • Source external candidates using wide variety of recruitment methods: posting, networking, headhunting and propose innovative sourcing strategies to execute successful recruitment plan.​
  • Manage full recruitment process from system perspective (ATS Workday) and ensure that internal process is followed as established.
  • Ensure excellent candidates' experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer branding: Collaborate with marketing to promote the company’s values and culture through job posts, social media, and employer events. Acting as company’s culture & values ambassador.
  • Acknowledge, follow and act as Subject Matter Expert for existing Talent Acquisition policies, procedures and process.
  • Take part in local, regional and/or global TA projects to continuously improve Markem-Imaje employer branding, candidate’s experience, and TA tools/processes.
  • Represent TA department for internal/external local audits.
  • When required, lead/coordinate 3rd Party recruitment agency search for externalized recruitment projects and track their performance.

What you need to have:

  • Solid recruitment experience as Inhouse Recruiter or as part of a recruitment agency.
  • Proven track record in full cycle recruitment across Poland. Having worked for other countries (within or outside EU) would be a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment for commercial and engineering roles would be a plus.
  • Solid experience in LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, projects) and other Sites.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and to lead recruitment projects with remote Hiring Managers/HRBP.
  • Experience in using an ATS, Workday knowledge would be a plus.
  • Polish fluent, excellent English skills required.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at different levels and with the Global TA/HR organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a remote Manager while providing regular reports.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across international team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
