EMEA Supplies Pricing Manager

• This role is responsible for shaping and refining the global Supplies pricing strategy in collaboration with global market units, markets, finance and other supporting teams, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer insights. The role also involves conducting analysis of strategies and proposals, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement, and providing crucial support to markets/sales efforts directed at end users and partners. Additionally, the role leads pricing activities for new product introductions, forecasting activities, management of pricing lists and day to day pricing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA pricing management processes for Supplies (Ink/Toner/LLCs/Media) to the Country/RTM level ensuring metrics and strategies get implemented
- Collaborates with product managers to price new product and make sure prices and documentation for pricing is flowing through all systems
- Manage market/country request and troubleshoots day-to day pricing inquiries or escalations, driving resolutions in a virtual and global environment
- Lead Supplies Pricing calls to align MRSP for all countries in Europe and align cross functional operational action
- Work with agency to refresh MRSP prices on a monthly basis
- Drive process improvements and supplies pricing performance management
- Provides valuable support to sales efforts directed towards end users and partners, offering subject matter expertise and strategic guidance.
- Heads representation of the voice of the customer by analyzing insights on customer needs and preferences.
- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other Technical related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Advance degree preferred.
Knowledge & Skills

- Knowledge of current HP pricing processes (transactional and contractual) preferred
- Experience modeling and quantifying impact of project utilizing data and applying assumptions
- Proven experience leading, driving and measuring projects in virtual teams towards a common goal
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior management
- Strong project management skills with ability to develop and deliver to rigid timelines
- Ability to work across organizations (such as the Supplies GBU and Supplies Markets) to gain alignment on
