We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of EMEA Strategy Consultant The successful candidate will join a multi-cultural and dynamic team focused on the expansion of our Clinical Effectiveness’ products and services in EMEA. The successful candidate will have experience working in global, multinational enterprises, highly complex and matrix structures and will have attained an advanced (graduate/Masters) in Business or a related field from an accredited university.
The EMEA Strategy Consultant will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations for International Segment and will work with both local and global teams of professionals to support the strategic initiatives that ensure the acceleration of market expansion and sales effectiveness in EMEA. He/She will specifically provide consultative and constructive support related to the development and deployment of best practices to optimize the outcomes of sales teams. The Strategy Consultant will deliver the data and analysis to drive revenue growth.
In this role, the Strategy Consultant will undertake a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify and monetize business opportunities.
Support in the preparation of the GTM Plan and Monthly Divisional Meeting with the leadership team specifically ensuring the data and market insights that support understanding of performance outcomes and further investment.
Identify and manage the critical success criteria and key performance metrics for productivity and efficiency of the given sales roles as well as develop and maintain a KPI scorecard on sales representative performance.
Standardize processes to strengthen position in accounts and “must win” opportunities.
Direct change management programs focused on improving sales and coaching best practices while adapting to business requirements that may shift over time.
Support development of marketing forecasts, estimating costs, preparing pricing studies, and/or managing program/project budgets.
Drive strategic process to identify and execute against new opportunities which will bring our sales team to the next level of effectiveness, increasing productivity per sales professional.
Offer end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support.
Provides insight and consultative support for the most effective ways for the given role(s) to position themselves with the customers for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Perform analyses and prepare forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, market conditions, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends.
Develop and hold presentations to group and divisional management in English.
Profile/Qualifications:

She or he should be a creative thought leader as well as a pragmatic thinker. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity, performance and performance metrics.
Strong multicultural and interpersonal skills: ability to interact with different stakeholders from various geographies.
Clear demonstration of experience with cross-cultural exposure in working environment (worked at multinational corporation, lived/studied abroad).
Exceptional communication skills, leadership presence, and ability to effectively interact at all levels of the sales organization including C-level executives, Client Relationship executives and senior-level Sales personnel.
Extremely well organized, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Fluency in English. Working knowledge of other languages spoken in EMEA is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of CRM systems and analytics around sales pipeline modeling.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com is required.
Expert in Microsoft Excel; High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
MBA in a top business school highly valued.
Travel: Approximately 20%, with some minimal international travel required.
