Job Description

The EMEA Sales Project Manager leads and supports growth initiatives and helps to drive regional sales transformation projects that support the evolving needs of the business, enhancing the team’s focus on individual business unit performance levels, improving sales operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and commercial performance across the EMEA region. The role requires close partnership with the Sales Leadership team at an L2-L4 level within the sales organization, acting as the key orchestrator for the initiatives and actions that stem from the EMEA leadership team and require execution by the sales organization. Tasks will consist of the design and running of high-urgency, high-impact programs to be executed by the sales organization to support the trends in sales KPIs including orders, pipeline, win rates, sales cycle optimization.

The Project Manager owns planning, tracking, and execution of cross-sales motion workstreams within the regional sales perimeter; synthesizing data into insights; preparing executive-ready recommendations; and ensures timely delivery of initiatives that support the sales strategy. They play a critical role in enabling transformation by coordinating teams, identifying blockers, and driving stronger accountability for performance management

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consolidate sales insights, performance data, and output from country-level execution plans into unified regional recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain a standardized governance model to track progress against strategic targets and commercial performance per business unit, supported with corresponding commercial KPIs underpinned by impactful actions.
  • Facilitate alignment across sales motions, functions and business units to ensure projects remain on track and resources are coordinated.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies for active and future workstream; escalate and resolve them to maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create clear, concise communication materials for leadership—including performance updates and proposal decks—to support decision-making.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance, capturing measurable outcomes and identifying opportunities for further optimization.
  • Support sales in implementing standardized, scalable ways of working that remove waste and reduce complexity, enhancing management standards and improving the quality and actionable outcomes of meetings.
  • Analyze and provide insights/guidance on pipeline and performance trends to assist in accelerating corrective actions.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to understand performance gaps across markets, segments, products, or teams, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and commercial impact of leveraging centralized resources, automation, or shared services to support sales processes in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, Transition/Transformation Management, or Continuous Improvement, with significant exposure to sales environments.
  • Proven track record leading and delivering transformation programs within a revenue-generating function.
  • Practical working knowledge of lean, process improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong ability to build data-driven materials for sales leadership with strong visual presentation skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar BI/analytics tools for building sales dashboards and performance insights.
  • Experience working in a multi-country EMEA environment preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Approximately 10% within the EMEA region.
