About the Role

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing EMEA team, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role is 100% outbound and focused on generating new business opportunities within the fenestration (Window, Door & Glass) manufacturing industry across EMEA. You will play a critical role in building pipeline by engaging prospective customers, identifying key decision-makers, and securing qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers.

You will work closely with regional sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support growth across new and existing markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect into targeted accounts within the Window, Door, and Glass (WDG) manufacturing sector across EMEA
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Craft personalized, relevant messaging aligned to industry challenges and business outcomes
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in Salesforce
  • Leverage tools such as Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and attended

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior SDR / BDR / outbound sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional European language(s) strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and engagement
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
  • Strong interest in technology, SaaS, and manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team environment
