ABOUT THE ROLE

As a central pillar of Commercial Excellence, you will shape and enhance pricing strategies across the EMEA region to fuel sustainable growth. By enabling teams with solid governance and data‑driven insights, you will contribute to strengthen pricing capabilities and anchors margin discipline throughout EMEA.

  • Optimize pricing architectures to drive profitable growth, support competitiveness, and harmonize approaches across countries and product categories.
  • Own pricing initiatives within the EMEA Commercial Excellence roadmap; lead multi-country pricing projects by defining target states, coordinating resources, and ensuring adoption, capability building, and sustained impact across local teams.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance across the region, identifying value
leakage and margin improvement opportunities, challenging local execution,
and providing actionable insights, including market pricing intelligence when
    available.
  • Coordinate the annual price-change cycle, including target validation and
approvals, and design the dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring tools required to
track execution quality and ensure markets remain on course to achieve pricing objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience working in international, multi country environments, ideally within a matrix organization

  • Effective influencer across cultures and hierarchies, able to challenge constructively and gain buy in
  • Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

Next to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer an impactful role with real opportunities to grow in a high-performing, results-oriented environment.

  • A reward package that goes beyond salary including mobility budget, net allowances, meal-vouchers, bonus,..
  • Insurance coverage including group and medical insurances
  • Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote)
