Job Description

As part of our EMEA Supply Chain team, we are looking for an experienced EMEA Materials Analyst in Brno to drive material availability, inventory optimization, and customer delivery performance across our manufacturing and distribution network.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuity of supply while balancing operational and financial objectives. You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Customer Service teams to improve OTTR performance, reduce backlog, and support the continued deployment of our o9 Integrated Business Planning platform across EMEA.

JOB DUTIES:

  • OTTR Drive material availability to support OTTR targets across assigned EMEA sites
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks impacting customer deliveries
  • Lead daily executions and recovery actions for constrained materials
  • Support site escalation process and Tier reviews for at-risk orders
  • Drive corrective actions with Procurement, Planning and Operations Teams
  • Analyze OTTR misses and develop actions plans to eliminate recurring issues
  • Monitor and reduce No Inventory related misses
  • Inventory: Support inventory health to ensure appropriate service levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
  • Support the inventory positions, safety stock, reorder points and replenishment strategies
  • Support inventory reduction initiatives without negatively impacting service
  • DBL: Support the reduction of delinquent backlog across assigned product families and sites
  • Support recovery plans for overdue customer demand
  • Participate in business continuity and supply disruption management activities
  • O9 Support the stabilization of the o9 Planning platform across EMEA
  • Drive data quality and master data integrity
  • Promote adoption of standardized planning processes

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Previous experience in Materials Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, or Customer Fulfillment.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
