EMEA IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) & Certified Refurbished Licensee Program (CRLP) Leader

HP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to drive the growth of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Certified Refurbished Licensee Program (CRLP) services across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for enabling and accelerating HP field sales by embedding sustainability-led services into core customer engagements. The ideal candidate will bridge strategy and execution—owning go-to-market activation, sales enablement, and regional performance—to scale HP’s circular economy offerings and maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Growth Acceleration

  • Drive adoption of ITAD and CRLP services within HP’s EMEA sales organization by embedding offerings into account planning and pipeline development
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, tools, and training to position sustainability services effectively across segments
  • Partner with Sales, Category, and GBU teams to identify opportunities and accelerate deal conversion

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Strategy Execution

  • Lead the regional execution of HP’s ITAD and CRLP strategy aligned with Sustainability Services and Renew priorities
  • Translate global strategy into localized, market-relevant offerings, addressing regional barriers such as cost, logistics, and partner coverage
  • Drive solution positioning focused on circularity, value recovery, data security, and ESG outcomes

Partner & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Collaborate with CRLP and ITAD partner ecosystem to ensure readiness, capability alignment, and coverage across EMEA
  • Support partner engagement in sales pursuits, including solution validation, pricing alignment, and delivery readiness

Operational Performance & Governance

  • Track and drive regional performance metrics including pipeline, revenue, margin, and value recovery
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure scalable delivery models, consistent reporting, and strong customer outcomes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales effectiveness and operational efficiency

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a subject matter expert in ITAD and circular services, supporting strategic customer discussions and executive engagement
  • Communicate value proposition around reuse-first models, sustainability impact, and cost optimization
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated customer solutions

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of IT Asset Disposition, circular economy models, or sustainability services
  • Strong sales enablement and go-to-market experience in a global or regional role
  • Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive pipeline growth
  • Experience managing partner ecosystems and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with focus on revenue, margin, and operational scalability
