WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: build your career on our Standalone Transformation).

• In your new position, you take a key role in supporting International Tax activities across most EMEA countries and ensure alignment with regional priorities.
• Together with your colleagues, you coordinate cross-border tax priorities, governance topics and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Furthermore, you co-manage and review external tax advisors to ensure timely tax filings and accurate tax provisioning.
• Your expertise is in demand when advising the business on structuring topics, permanent establishment risks, withholding taxes and transfer pricing matters.
• Last but not least, you contribute to continuous improvements in international tax processes and stakeholder communication.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed university degree in tax, business administration, economics or a comparable field
• at least five years of professional experience in an international tax environment, ideally within a multinational organization or advisory setting
• strong knowledge of international tax topics, including permanent establishment risk, withholding taxes and transfer pricing
• very good German and English language skills, as well as proficiency in SAP
• strong analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
