As the EMEA GS Total Rewards Project Lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert driving the digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across the region. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery and requires a proven track record in continuous improvement, HR automation, digitalization, and system optimization—ideally within both large-scale global enterprises and high-growth environments. We are looking for candidates who actively leverage digital tools and automation in their daily work, with a clear focus on practical, hands-on application rather than purely theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Program Leadership & Alignment

  • Lead the coordination of Total Rewards (TR) initiatives to align with evolving business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the development and ongoing enhancement of compensation and benefits communication, emphasizing digital enablement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as the EMEA point of contact and intake for TR-related initiatives led by GEO, SDL, and GS/CS/BU partners.

2. Process Optimization, Automation & Change Management

  • Take ownership of end-to-end TR automation and digitalization initiatives, from idea to execution.
  • Lead the design and delivery of projects that simplify and streamline TR operations, leveraging platforms such as Workday, SFDC, and ServiceNow.
  • Oversee the implementation of new TR and Global Services systems, ensuring business requirements are met through digital solutions.
  • Support key initiatives like EU Pay Transparency and A&D integration, with a focus on optimizing systems and data flows.
  • Act as project lead for cross-functional technology projects impacting TR, including vendor coordination, testing, and change adoption.

3. Operational Excellence & Digital Metrics

  • Drive data-led decision making through consistent KPI and metrics tracking across TR activities.
  • Facilitate regular performance and quality reviews to ensure service excellence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and digitize legacy processes.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity, and awareness of AI’s impact on the workforce.

4. Standardization, Consistency & Governance

  • Align TR practices and processes across geographies to ensure standardization, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Conduct process reviews to identify redundancies and inconsistencies and implement standardized digital workflows.

5. Collaboration & Capability Building

  • Mentor and upskill Compensation & Benefits Specialists in automation tools, process thinking, and digital literacy.
  • Foster strong collaboration across GS, CS, and BU teams to deliver integrated, tech-enabled TR solutions.
  • Promote a forward-thinking, agile culture that embraces innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA in HR, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead, guide, and coordinate a Digital Project Analyst to deliver project outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in Workday, and/or Salesforce (SFDC), and/or ServiceNow system enhancements and digital workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead automation and digitalization projects, including change management, stakeholder alignment, and impact tracking.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience defining and leveraging KPIs and digital dashboards.
  • Effective communicator, trainer, and influencer across complex, matrixed environments.
  • High degree of autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
  • Passion for innovation, user experience, and scalable, tech-enabled HR solutions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč915,000.00 - Kč1,473,150.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
