As the EMEA GS Total Rewards Project Lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert driving the digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across the region. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery and requires a proven track record in continuous improvement, HR automation, digitalization, and system optimization—ideally within both large-scale global enterprises and high-growth environments. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
Kč915,000.00 - Kč1,473,150.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
