Join the EMEA Marketing team, where you will design, govern, and continuously optimize event operations and marketing logistics processes across the region. We are seeking a seasoned Operations & Logistics expert with 10+ years of experience in partner coordination, vendor and project management, and a strong passion for process optimization.

  • Event Operations Lifecycle Coordination: Oversee the full customer facing events operations cycle, from request review to execution and post event handling, ensuring good governance of infrastructure budget.
  • Partner & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners supporting event logistics and execution, acting as the internal counterpart to the partner’s team lead to ensure clear alignment on requirements, priorities, SLAs, and adherence to internal processes, and accountability standards.
  • Logistics & Inventory Oversight: Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, material handling, and inventory health (stock levels, replenishment, and retirements).
  • Process Optimization and Documentation: Design and implement scalable workflows and efficiency projects to streamline event operations; maintain well documented event and logistics guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Liaison & Escalation: Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and management. Act as the lead troubleshooter for marketing and sales teams, resolving urgent operational challenges such as freight delays or resource gaps.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent high-level professional experience.
  • Professional Experience: 10+ years in operational coordination, vendor management, or project management, ideally within a marketing or commercial environment.
  • Language profiency: Fluency in English is a must Any European language is a plus
  • Operational Expertise: Strong background in end-to-end logistics, including inventory/asset management, shipments, and purchasing/invoicing workflows.
  • Process Design & Documentation: Proven ability to build structured support models and document complex workflows into clear, accessible guidelines for stakeholders.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify technical or operational complexity into actionable instructions and lead transparent dialogue across teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: A solutions-oriented mindset focused on troubleshooting under pressure, optimizing workflows through data, and identifying opportunities for automation.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
