EMEA Demand Steering LeadThis role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

We are looking for a rock-star employee to join our small, global high-performing team to help HPE navigate through a period of unprecedented material constraints and shortages. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing day-to-day escalations and executive engagement in support of HPE's sellers, customers and partners. Everyone in our small team is in a global role - we follow-the-sun with our coordinated operational support model.

How you will make your mark:

  • Manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.
  • Work independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.
  • Define the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Manage complex, time- sensitive market research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and next steps.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
  • Contribute to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.
  • Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
  • Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with customers and internal stakeholders:

  • awareness of HPE Demand Steering capabilities to suppress incoming demand and shape customer demand to what we have available.
  • advanced analytical skills including Advanced Excel capability, Power BI and Power Query.
  • exposure to programing capabilities to automate existing processes, and visualization capabilities such as Python
  • Exposure to Lean 6-Sigma, Project Management Professional or Supply Chain Management training.
  • ability to leverage AI capabilities to assist with the gathering, manipulation and interpretation of HPE's data regarding Quotes, Order Intake, Order Management, Holds and Fulfilment capabilities.
