The MPS Consumables Management Specialist is responsible for the monitoring and management of consumables (supplies and service parts) exceptions that occur daily within the system. The objective of this role is to ensure Managed Print Services (MPS) customers receive the correct consumables at the right time and in accordance with their contractual agreements. The role supports day-to-day communications required to ensure effective and efficient operations within the Managed Print Services business and is accountable for the accurate execution of worldwide standard consumables management processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute consumables management governance activities, including report updates, daily huddles, and required follow-ups
  • Analyze and manage MPS Consumables Management service requests that fall into exceptions and resolve them according to worldwide standard processes and SLAs
  • Process consumables orders accurately and on time using defined tools and requests from customer-facing and internal MPS teams
  • Analyze and resolve orders that fall into exception queues following standard processes and SLA requirements
  • Manage daily consumables returns requests from MPS teams in Cebu and supported geographies
  • Generate, analyze, and manage reports using standard tools and practices
  • Escalate system or process issues to the appropriate support groups
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and initiatives


What You Need to Succeed:

  • College or university degree in a business-related course, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy/Finance, or related field
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with computers, printers, and complex tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Calendar preferred
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues using problem-solving approaches
  • Experience with Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams across different cultures and regions
