Assistez le Compliance Officer de la Région Europe, Moyen Orient Afrique (EMEA) dans les différents travaux et projets du département conformité de la région, plus particulièrement en matière de blanchiment, corruption, conflits d’intérêts, fraude, protection des données, sanctions et embargos et gestion des tiers sous forme d'alternance de 12 ou 24 mois.
Responsibilities:
Sous la responsabilité du Group Compliance Counsel & EMEA Compliance Officer et en étroite collaboration avec le Group Chief Compliance Officer et les Compliance Officers régionaux, vous apporterez votre support pour :
la mise en œuvre et suivi des actions définies dans le plan de conformité annuel
l’activité de formation du département à destination des clients internes
l’activité de communication interne et externe sur les sujets conformité
la revue annuelle ou adhoc des procédures, guidelines, politiques et contrôles conformité en fonction des besoins
la réponse aux demandes liées aux « KYC » adressés à SCOR SE ou à ses filiales (recherches d’informations, prises de contact avec les interlocuteurs locaux, etc.)
la veille juridique et réglementaire, notamment sur les sujets corruption, devoir de vigilance, sanctions et embargos, blanchiment et financement du terrorisme, conflits d’intérêts, représentants d’intérêts
la gestion des incidents liés à la sécurité des données dans la région (violation de données).
la réalisation de cartographies des risques en matière de fraude, corruption, protection des données
la revue de certaines transactions pour s’assurer de leur conformité avec les règles de conformité applicables
la participation aux projets du département (digitalisation, mise en conformité règlementaire,
