Drivesbusiness growth opportunities by improvingPricing & Contracting/Tenderingprocesses andstrategic opportunities, implementingcontinuous improvement & automationprograms, generating performance metrics, anddisseminatinginformation that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.   • Responsible for establishingEMEApricing strategy includingEuropeanFloor Price frameworks and compliance governance implemented via local operational execution excellence

  • DeliversPrice & Contracting/Tenderingvision and strategy for thecommercial organizationbyretainingand applying an in-depth understanding of customer needs andleveragingthose insights to create an unparalleled sales experience.

  • Participates in the design of strategic sales plans derived from corporate goals and customer touchpoints thatleverageconsumer data and customer insight tooptimizePricing & Contracting/Tenderingenablement and ensure the achievement ofsales objectives

  • Designs key performance indicators to measure the performance ofPricing & Contracting/Tenderingdepartments and benchmark theorganization’s capabilitieswith competitors and industry leading standards.

  • Developsrelationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand consumer priorities,identifycapability gaps, conduct on-going needs assessments, and translate needs into targeted solutions.

  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

  • Proactively creates apurpose drivenenvironment by aligning Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
