The EMEA Channel Contract Manager contributes to building contracting initiatives to ensure competitive advantage in meeting customers’ (internal and external customers) contracting needs in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Working on contract activities with French legal team and liaising with business group to ensure the most efficient support for Contracting process and initiatives.
The EMEA Channel Contract Manager is responsible for France, Belgium and Luxembourg Channel partner’s contracts and database management to select distribution partners (Monobrand Xerox Concessionaires and Multibrand DTP) within France, Belgium and Luxembourg (approx. 160 partners); also manages new initiatives in or related to the global contracting organization, to optimize internal processes, reduce costs, improve time to revenue and deliver value to Xerox customers and Channel Partners.
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
Creation/updating of partners information into local Xerox systems (including ESAP BP ID, ESAP territory, … as well as relevant contract information)
- Issuance of standard reseller agreements (CCSS, DTP, ASP, XFS partnership), accreditations (XPPS, High end production, public procurement, L1), targets and rebates general terms and conditions, certifications, and, from time to time, amendments. This includes the management and chasing of documents signature as well as from time-to-time explanations to partners.
- Standard templates and other documents would be provided by legal counsel and support provided by this role
- Management of contracts deadlines
- Repository of all contractual documentation (signed agreements and letters and e-mails that relates to the contractual relationships) and legal/commercial documentation pertaining to partners (sale’s territory, targets plans, certificate of incorporation, by-laws, management and shareholdings structure, VAT details, address and contacts details)
- Information of central and local stakeholders and point of contact for all that relates to French, Belgian and Luxembourg Channel Partners contracts administration (contracts, certifications/accreditations, amendments, sale’s territories, target plans, status, legal documentation)
Management of various documentation associated with global contracts
Ad hoc contract administration tasks, such as supplier information forms from customers
All other duties as assigned.
Currently supported region: France, Belgium and Luxembourg; however, the supported list of countries may expand/change
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree or University Degree of the equivalent
• Experience working with people on different levels.
• Experience with the delivery of operations using technology solutions
• Experience working in and navigating through a matrix organization to obtain information or desired results.
• 3+ years' experience in Sales/Legal Operations
