About the role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Capex Delivery Managerto support the successful delivery of a significantEMEA-widecapital investment programme across ourPackaging division.
This is not a traditional project management role. Instead, you willoperateas a senior engineering and delivery leader—providing governance, assurance, and oversight across multiple capital projects. You will work closely with regional teams, ensuring projects are well-defined, effectively executed, delivered on time,within budgetand deliver therequiredoutcomes
You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the 80:20 capital programme and othercomplex, high valueprojects(£2m+), while giving senior leadership confidence that projects are robust, controlled, and set up for success.
