
EMEA People Service Center Benefits Advisor
This position is responsible for managing the benefits administrations of employees in a variety of European countries.
The person holding this position must also provide assistance to employees with inquiries related to their local benefits and related policies, procedures and transactions.
Daily administration of a number of benefit programs.
Strong collaboration with other teams in the People Service Center, Payroll Team and our Center of Expertise (Total Rewards team) to ensure operational success across the organization and exceptional employee experience.
Establishes and helps to manage appropriate benefit vendors relationships for ongoing escalations and operations follow up.
Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources. Provides in-depth analysis of data related to benefits.
Ensures accuracy of data, which may originate from multiple system sources across vendors and other HRIS organizations (ServiceNow ticketing system, Workday among others).
A successful candidate must have:
Proficiency in English and Italian or German is a must. Other European language capabilities will be considered as a relevant asset.
At least 2 years' previous experience working in the Benefits and/or Compensation area.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Copilot as a regular App for daily activities.
Previous experience in HR systems as Workday & ServiceNow is required.
Excellent communication skills written and oral in English and Italian or German.
Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner.
Ability to organize and prioritize in a very fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment with a strong sense of what is urgent and what is important.
Flexibility and productivity to perform in a demanding environment.
Ability to work independently, managing incoming and outgoing workload.
