EMEA ARTWORK SPECIALIST

The EMEA Artwork Specialist is responsible for coordinating packaging artwork changes across the EMEA region, ensuring projects are delivered on time in line with agreed SLAs while minimizing the risk of SLOB. The role works closely with Marketing, Commercialisation, Supply Planning, QA, and Regulatory teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and accurate execution of packaging updates. This position plays a critical operational role in managing the artwork lifecycle process.

  • Initiate and manage pack copy, artwork, and packaging code workflows for Marketing and Commercialisation teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of artwork changes in line with SLAs and internal processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Commercialisation, QA, Regulatory, Supply) and external partners (reprohouses, printers).
  • Manage technical artwork issues and ensure print consistency with approved versions.
  • Monitor progress, communicate status updates, and support actions for smooth switch (minimize SLOB risk).
  • Ensure compliance with established artwork procedures and quality standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Higher education, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, Packaging, or related field.
  • Experience in project coordination; artwork/print/packaging experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent English required; French is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
