  • Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and system engineers to resolve EMC issues.
  • Create and maintain test reports, verification documentation, and technical presentations.
  • Support design reviews, FMEAs, and release decisions from an EMC perspective.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in EMC design, testing, or validation for electronic systems.
  • Solid understanding of EMC fundamentals and automotive EMC standards (e.g. CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637, IEC 61000‑x).
  • Hands-on experience with EMC measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, LISNs, oscilloscopes, antennas, probes).
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience with EMC simulation tools (e.g. HFSS, CST, SIwave, LTspice).
  • Knowledge of automotive communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I²C).
  • Experience working with external test houses and certification bodies.
  • iNARTE or comparable EMC-related certification.

What Makes You Eligible
