职位描述
职责描述： 1：负责汽车BMS，车身域控制器，座舱智驾域控的EMC设计整改工作； 2：负责汽车部件BMS，车身域控制器，座舱智驾域控硬件EMC/电性能相关的结构/原理图/PCB等设计； 3：制定BMS，车身域控制器，座舱智驾域控零部件的 EMC/电性能测试规范，实现BMS，车身域控制器，座舱智驾域控部件的EMC测试监控需求； 4：负责BMS、车身域控制器、座舱智驾域控零部件在整车EMC的设计，如接地，线束，部件布置评审，整车EMC问题的整改解决，和整车EMC同学制定部件在整车EMC上的测试监控方案； 5：外购显示屏EMC/电性能责任人，负责外购件EMC/电性能评审，EMC/电性能问题审核及解决，供应商EMC问题推动。
职位要求
1：本科以上学历，电子相关专业，5 年以上汽车电子 EMC设计整改经验，需有高压域控EMC设计经验； 2：精通汽车电子EMC零部件及整车标准及测试方法，如 CISPR22，CISPR25，ISO7637，ISO10605，GB34660, 18387,ISO 11452系列； 3：熟练使用EMC整改工具，如示波器/频谱仪等； 4：EMC理论知识丰富，汽车电子EMC整改经验丰富； 5：主流Tier 1或OEM工作经验，有高压域控制器EMC设计整改工作经验为佳； 6：掌握EMC/SIPI仿真工具，如CST/HFSS等为佳； 7：熟练掌握各种EMC防护器件的工作原理，如TVS,共模电感，电容电感； 8：熟悉buck/buck boost/fly buck等电源EMC设计。
