主要工作內容：
1.開發階段RF/EMC設計與對策與產品部及技術單位溝通協調。
2.負責協調第三方實驗室進行RF/EMC認證申請過程測試項目、驗證、Debug 、審核認證報告。
3.規劃產品多元化RF/EMC測試計劃與實施，確保產品滿足相關標準和法規要求。
4.協助研發單位RF/EMC測試分析，包括干擾源的識別和解決方案的提出。
5.持續關注RF/EMC相關的行業標準與技術發展，提供建議以改進產品設計。
人才需具備：
1.語言能力：英文 (聽、讀、寫：中等)
2.電子工程、電氣工程或相關領域的學士學位，碩士學位者優先。
3.RF/EMC 認證申請相關經驗3年以上。
4.熟悉EMC測試標準（RF、資訊類、 工業類、醫療類,大電力）及相關的測試設備。
5.能夠獨立分析問題並提出有效的解決方案。
6.具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
7.具備一定的項目管理能力，能夠在多任務環境中工作。
加分項目：
1.熟悉網通類PTCRB,NEBS
2.專案管理：具備基本的專案管理能力，能夠有效地安排工作進度。
3.協商談判技巧：能夠與供應商和客戶進行有效的溝通
