To provide clinical Assisted Reproductive Technique services according to company and regulatory standards
Provide standard duties in the embryology laboratory
Ensure proper care of laboratory specimens according to standards and guidance of the clinical team
To monitor and manage the quality control of assigned laboratory equipment
Provide input into embryology work procedure documentation and related quality improvement measures
Participate in and support relevant research initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements associated with the profession
Support relevant client engagement and patient experience initiatives
A relevant Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science / applied science / biology / medical science with emphasis in Human Embryology from a recognised university
At least 5 years' experience post qualification in a related field
